1. Who we are
These terms govern purchases of Gol AI digital instruments. The seller and merchant of record at checkout is Gumroad, Inc.; Gol AI Ltd is the publisher and licensor of the products.
2. The products
Each instrument is digital content: a single, self-contained HTML file delivered by download. Compatibility: a current version of a modern desktop or mobile browser. Specific requirements appear on each product page.
3. Price and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. Checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes and VAT are handled by Gumroad as merchant of record. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or transaction fees.
4. Delivery
Digital delivery is by download link following payment, where supported by Gumroad and your payment provider.
5. Your cancellation rights (UK consumers)
For digital content you normally have 14 days to cancel. By choosing immediate download you request supply during the cancellation period and acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once the download begins. See Refunds & Support for how we handle problems.
6. Licence
Products are supplied under the Gol AI Product Licence — a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and not a transfer of intellectual property.
7. Faulty content
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where digital content is faulty.
