Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

1. Something not working?
Email support@golai.co.uk with your order email and a description. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and to resolve genuine faults promptly — repair, replacement, or refund where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires it.
2. Cancellation before download
UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided the download has not begun. Request cancellation through Gumroad or by emailing support with your order details.
3. After download
Once you begin the download you lose the statutory right to cancel (having consented to immediate supply at checkout), but your statutory remedies for faulty digital content are unaffected, and we deal with fault reports in good faith.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by Gumroad, as merchant of record, to your original payment method.
5. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our handling, escalate to hello@golai.co.uk marked "Complaint". We respond within 14 days.
