The evening after

You do the hard part. The formatting steals your evenings.

Sitting with a family, finding the right words, holding the room — that’s the work. The rest is wrestling Word to look right, re-typing the same structure for the hundredth time, and exporting a PDF that looks slightly off on the day. Generic tools were never built for a ceremony’s shape.

How it works

A guided workflow, shaped like a ceremony.

01

Enter the details

Names, order of service, readings, music, tributes, vows — in fields that already understand a ceremony’s shape.

02

Shape the ceremony

Reorder the sections, add speakers and timings, and keep private delivery notes alongside the public details.

03

Export

A polished, print-ready PDF for the family and the printer. Consistent, on brand, every time.

Stays on your machine

A family’s most private moment stays on your machine.

Ceremonia is a single file that runs offline. It does not transmit ceremony information to Gol AI or store it on any server — the names, dates and tributes you enter stay on your device. Securing your device and the files you export remains in your hands, where it belongs.

For funeral work, that isn’t a feature. It’s respect.

What’s inside

Everything the document needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

  • Wedding, funeral and naming ceremony structures built in
  • Reorder any section; give each a speaker, a duration, and a private note
  • Two documents from one entry: the printed order of service and your private delivery script
  • Private notes and pronunciations appear only in your script — never in the family’s copy
  • A live duration estimate as the ceremony takes shape
  • Three ceremony structures — wedding, funeral and naming — each a starting order you reshape freely
  • Reorder sections; add speakers, timings and pronunciations
  • Names print exactly — accents, Polish, Greek, Cyrillic and Vietnamese spellings included
  • Private delivery notes, labelled as you type, that never appear in the family’s copy
  • Two documents from one entry: the public order of service and your private delivery script
  • A running duration estimate, with timings checked as you enter them
  • Every destructive change asks first and can be undone in one step
  • Portable draft files you keep — save, reopen, revise, with autosave health shown plainly
  • Nothing to install, no account, no cloud.
  • One-time purchase — no subscription

Ceremonia organises the ceremony sequence, public details, speakers, timings, pronunciations and private delivery notes. It is not a word processor or an automated ceremony service.

From notes to the day

The complete sequence, quietly.

Choose the ceremony type · shape and reorder the sections · name each speaker and its minutes · keep private delivery notes and pronunciations alongside · watch the running duration · export the family’s order of service, then your own delivery script from the same entry.

Your work is kept on your device: the instrument autosaves in your browser and exports portable draft files you keep. Nothing is uploaded; securing your device and exported files remains yours. Ceremonia v1.0 · works offline in current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari browsers — final compatibility verification is in progress.

If it doesn’t work as described, contact ceremonia@golai.co.uk within 30 days for a fix or a full refund — this does not affect your statutory rights. Free updates within the version.

Questions

The honest answers.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It’s a single file that opens in supported modern browsers. Double-click and work.

Does it really work offline?

Yes, completely. Once you have the file you never need to be online to use it.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. Everything stays in your browser, on your machine. The instrument autosaves locally as you work, and you can export a portable draft file at any time. Where browser storage is available, a local recovery copy is maintained — use Save draft for a portable record you control.

Which ceremonies does it cover?

Three structures are built in — weddings, funerals and naming ceremonies. Each opens with a sensible order you can reorder, rename or extend, so it fits the ceremony you are actually leading.

Will my private delivery notes ever appear in the family’s copy?

No. Private notes and pronunciations appear only in your delivery script. The order of service you hand to a family carries the public details and nothing else.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, yours to keep.
